Dr. Aline Fares Advances Lung Cancer Prognosis
This project will use an artificial intelligence tool called OSCAR to automatically analyze CT scans from more than 2,000 lung cancer patients treated at the University of Florida. OSCAR measures muscle mass, body fat, blood vessel calcification and lung damage from routine scans without requiring additional tests, radiation or cost.
